San Francisco, Los Angeles
& Mexico

3 NIGHTS San Francisco • 2 NIGHTS Los Angeles • 7 NIGHTS Mexico

Your holiday starts in the waterfront city of San Francisco. Take a cable car from Fisherman’s Wharf, known for its shops, restaurants and waterfront setting to Union Square the 2.6-acre public plaza in downtown San Francisco. Visit Alcatraz Island, now a National Park and find out how it has evolved over the years with an excellent self-guided audio tour. The ferry ride over is also a great opportunity to see the iconic Golden Gate Bridge.

Los Angeles offers a dazzling variety of attractions and world-famous amusements. Experience the thrill and excitement of world class theme parks at Disneyland and Universal Studios. Discover the bright lights and follow the stars on Hollywood Boulevard’s Walk of Fame. Soak up the sun on the beaches of Malibu or Santa Monica, or watch the sun go down over the city from the incredible grounds of the Getty Observatory. There truly is something for everyone to enjoy in Los Angeles.

Cancun is a Caribbean paradise; the powdery white sand and clear waters of Cancun’s beaches are picture perfect. Scuba divers and snorkelers flock to the region, which offers some of the best coral reef diving in the world. Cancun is also known for its vibrant and energetic nightlife, with a great selection clubs, bars and cocktail lounges to try out during your holiday.

Staff Tips

San Francisco - The Ferry Market was great! Lots of wonderful food and goodies to "graze." The Saturday farmer's market was also a treat, with wonderful fresh produce, flowers and food stands. Don't miss it.

Los Angeles - Drive one of the world’s most famous scenic drives, Mulholland winds from the Hollywood Hills, across the spine of the Santa Monica Mountains, and west towards the Pacific Ocean.

Cancun - Make sure your snorkel or dive tour includes a visit to The Silent Evolution near Isla Mujeres. Mine only included a stop at The Gardener of Hope near Punta Nizuc, and while as nifty and as uplifting an experience that may sound, it’s not quite as impressive as the 400+ statues you’ll see near Isla Mujeres.
