Your American self-drive holiday begins in Vegas. You’ll pick your rental car after an overnight and follow straight to Bryce Canyon, where you’ll have two full days to explore. There you’ll see some of the world’s most incredible sandstone formations called hoodoos, which were formed millions of years ago by the powerful hand of nature.
Next stop: Moab! Moab is the gateway town to explore Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. If you love the great outdoors, you will definitely feel at home here as there is so much outdoor recreation to enjoy. Make the most of the 2 National Parks on your doorstep as well as the Colorado River to go white water rafting and jet boating.
Continue on your journey as you drive to Northern Arizona’s Lake Powell, learning about the Navajo tribes’ history – the first settlers in the area. This region is the gateway to some of Utah’s most famous rock formations and viewpoints. You’ll then spend two nights in Zion National Park, one of the USA’s most visited and Utah’s oldest National Park. Zion is known for its incredible canyons and spectacular views. You can follow the paths of the ancient native people and gaze at massive sandstone cliffs of cream, pink and red that soar into the sky.
Last but not least, return to Vegas and enjoy the buzz of the city for three nights and experience some of the best entertainment in the world.

Day 1 Las Vegas arrival
You have arrived in the Fabulous Las Vegas! Grab a selfie at its famous sign on strip or try your luck at one of hotels casinos, view the famous fountains at Bellagio or just stroll along the strip and take in the atmosphere.
Day 2-3 Bryce Canyon National Park
Pick up your Car Rental and commence your journey to Bryce Canyon National Park (159 miles)
Two full days to explore Bryce Canyon and see some of the worlds most incredible sandstone formations called hoodoos, which were formed millions of years ago by the powerful hand of nature. You can walk along the trail that elevates the park and look down on these formations or take a guided mule ride among the hoodoos and see experience the park from a whole different perspective.
Day 4-6 Moab
Travel along the beautiful scenic Highway 12 which brings you via Escalante and Capitol Reef National Park. Moab has a real western feel with lots of authentic souvenir/craft shops, lovely restaurants and a beautiful back drop of Red Rock Canyons and an array of hiking trails. Discover the Morning Glory Bridge Trail taking you to see the 243 feet long natural bridge and before your night comes to an end partake in a night time range program that may include stargazing. Utah is know for its dark sky programs.
Day 7 Lake Powell
A long drive today of 4hrs and 45 mins travelling through Bluff Utah. It was first settled by Native Americans who were later joined by Mormon pioneers, and now it’s the gateway to some of Utah's most famous rock formations and viewpoints. Continue on to Monument Valley in Northern Arizona. Stop at the Navajo Tribal Park Visitor Centre and then drive between the East and West Mittens, Elephant Butte, the Three Sisters and Rain God Mesa. Take a tour with a Navajo guide and learn all about their habitat and history.
Day 8-9 Zion National Park
A shorter drive today of 152 miles to Springdale which sits on the western entrance to Zion National Park. Stop for brunch at Kanab which self proclaims the title “Little Hollywood”. While abandoned film sets near town have become tourist attractions without becoming tourist traps. Explore one of its gems is Peekaboo Slot Canyon. Enjoy two days in this majestic scenery.
Day 10-12 Las Vegas
Welcome back to Las Vegas a city that needs no introduction. Known as the entertainment capital of the World. Enjoy world class dining, casinos, the latest must see shows, poolside parties and great shopping.
