Spend 4 nights in beautiful Hawaii before boarding Royal Caribbean’s Radiance of the Seas and sail up the West Coast to Vancouver.
Your holiday to Hawaii begins in Honolulu where you will spend four days exploring this beautiful island. You’ll be staying close to the famous Waikiki Beach, the perfect spot for a beach holiday but also a great base from which to discover the island, whether you fancy visiting Pearl Harbour, hiking Diamond Head volcano or shop til you drop as in Waikiki you’ll find high-end shops as well as boutiques selling local signatures.
You’ll then board Radiance of the Seas which will take you on a 10 night cruise all the way up to Vancouver. You’ll begin your cruise holiday by exploring the other Hawaiian islands. First up is Maui, where a visit to Haleakalā National Park is highly recommended. This 30,000 acre park boasts stunning landscapes, amazing hiking trails, and guided horseback rides. Next up is Kailua Kona on Hawaii Island where you can head to Manini’owali Beach to swim or snorkel in the ultra-blue waves alongside dolphins and sea turtles.
You’ll also visit Kauai, Hawaii’s oldest island, renowned for its rich emerald-colored valleys, jagged mountain cliffs and tropical rainforests — which account for its nickname, the Garden Island. Hilo is the last Hawaiian island you’ll visit where you will really experience old Hawaii as you wander past centuries-old storefronts and galleries where locals sell their paintings, jewelry and pottery.
Then its back onboard Radiance of the Seas where you can spend the next five nights enjoying this marvellous ship as you sail to Vancouver.
Tips from our cruise expert
Dinner times vary, a first seating around 6’ish and a second seating around 8:30, or so. Royal Caribbean offer anytime or my time dining, where you can come to dine anytime between 6 and 9pm. The only difference being that you’re seating will not be at the same table or with the same wait staff each and every night.
