Miami Stay & 9 Night Eastern Caribbean Cruise

3 NIGHTS Miami • 9 NIGHT Cruise

This Florida holiday begins in the lively city of Miami, famous for its Art Deco architecture and South Beach, the ‘American Riviera’. There is so much to see and do in Miami; explore the neighbourhoods of Little Havana, hang out with the trendsetters in Coconut Grove, or relax on Miami’s famous white sandy beaches. Miami’s nightlife is sophisticated and varied. The streets of South Beach are full of clubs and bars; with everything from cocktail bars and comedy shows to lounges and nightclubs, one night in Miami would never be long enough.

From Miami, you’ll board

Royal Caribbean’s Explorer of the Seas for your 9-night Caribbean cruise. The first stop is Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic’s which is the oldest city in the north and a tourism pioneer. Nestled by the ocean with a mountainous backdrop, the city offers a lively pier, which is known as the Malecon , colourful shops and opulent homes from the 1800s. The city is famous for Parque Independent, a park fringed by royal palms and Victorian architecture.

Next stop Charlotte Amalie which is one of the world’s most beautiful harbours; blue waters peppered with sailing boats and green hills dotted with quaint little cottages make for picture perfect brags. Just outside the lively port town, you’ll find ribbons of powdery sand beaches dotted with hammocks.

Then you’ll sail to Antigua which has a beach for every day of the year – literally. But the island experience goes beyond 365 distinct ribbons of white sand and clear waters. In the capital city of St John’s, you’ll discover charming candy-coloured architecture, lively markets and a beautiful baroque cathedral. And smiling locals greet you everywhere you go.

Then to Grenada the taste of the tropics. The intoxicating aromas of nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves fill the air wherever you go. Take your pick of 45 sun-kissed beaches to lounge on, or hit the jungle-covered mountain range for more rugged adventures.

Cruise to the port city of Basseterre, where you’ll find centuries of history to explore in impressive estates and photo-worthy monuments like the Brimstone Hill Fortress, one of the most well-preserved military structures in the Americas. Cruise to St Cruise to St Kitts & Nevis and venture beyond the port and gear up for a unique climb up the 1,152-metre Mount Liamuiga volcano for views that are well worth the hike.

Explorer of the Seas® is loaded with onboard thrills, this is adventure in a bold new light .Soak up the sunshine and chill-out vibes at the adults-only Solarium.
