Las Vegas-For all of the night owls, I recommend the Cosmopolitan. Great places to eat and The Marquee is the best day and night club.  The pool is amazing.  STK is a great start for the evening, a new style Las Vegas steakhouse from The One Group and Executive Chef Stephen Hopcraft.
