This cruise and stay holiday begins with a three night stay in New York before boarding Royal Caribbean’s Freedom of the Sea to bring you to some of the most scenic areas of the New England and Canadian coastline.
Your holiday to America begins in New York, the city that never sleeps. There is so much to see and do in New York, you’ll never pack it all into one trip! Take a cycle through sunny Central Park, shop ’til you drop on stylish Fifth Avenue, be dazzled by the bright lights of Broadway or soak up some culture in the city’s many museums.
From New York you will then board Royal Caribbean’s newly amplified ship, Freedom of the Seas for a four night cruise up the east coast to Canada. As you sail up America’s east coast you’ll have the stunning views of beautiful New England as your backdrop as you make your way to Halifax
Once you arrive in Halifax, you’ll be spoilt for choice for things to do. Discover historic architecture, restaurants, museums and boutique shops on the restored waterfront. Hop a ferry to Dartmouth or visit Peggy’s Cove. Jump onboard a Nova Scotia cruise and spend your day whale-watching, or sailing, and celebrate the day with some of the best beer and lobster the Maritimes have to offer.
Tips from our cruise expert
I discovered Vintages because it was my Muster station! It’s amazing for a pre dinner glass of wine! Developed with Robert Mondavi, Beringer Blass Wine Estates and Niebaum-Coppola, Vintages brings you amazing wines from some of the world’s finest vineyards.
