Day 3
Santa Cruz De Tenerife

Arrival: at 09:00
Departure: at 23:00

Located at the eastern tip of the island of Tenerife, the largest of the Canary Islands, Santa Cruz is a natural cruise destination as over half of its perimeter is shoreline. The beaches are lovely at that, from the yellow sands of Las Teresitas to the black sands of the quieter, clothing-optional Las Gaviotas. There's also plenty to do and see inland, especially if you're here during the spectacular Carnival.

Day 4
Santa Cruz de la Palma, Spain

Arrival: at 07:00
Departure: at 17:00

Santa Cruz de La Palma is the capital city of the island of La Palma, in Spain’s Canary Islands. It’s known for its centuries-old architecture, cobbled streets and busy port. A former convent hosts the Museum of the Island of La Palma, with an art collection and exhibits on natural history and ethnography. The Naval Museum is in a replica of Christopher Columbus's 15th-century Santa Maria sailing ship.

Day 5
Arrecife (Lanzarote)

Arrival: at 08:00
Departure: at 17:00

The capital of Lanzarote in the Canary Islands, Arrecife (which means “reef” in Spanish) is renowned for its abundance of reefs and islets along its coast. If your cruise takes you to Arrecife, be sure to explore this island's many natural wonders, from the fabulous El Reducto beach to the craters, lava tunnels, canals and tubes of Los Volcanes Nature Park. Explore more of Arrecife on a European cruise!

Day 6
Agadir

Arrival: at 07:00
Departure: at 16:30

With beautiful beaches and a backdrop of the snowy Atlas Mountains, Agadir is a lively, modern resort where Moroccan traditions live on in the old streets of the Kasbah. For an in-depth look at Berber culture, head inland to the oasis citadel of Taroudant, where five kilometres of walls protect ancient houses, mosques and great markets selling traditional handicrafts.

Day 7
Casablanca

Arrival: at 09:00
Departure: at 19:00

The urban landscape of this famed city clearly demonstrates the contrasts between the old and the new. Start with a visit to the central market, a massive kaleidoscope of colours. Then kick off your shoes as you visit the modernist landmark of the Hassan II Mosque, the 3rd largest mosque in the world.

Day 8
Seville (Cadiz), Spain

Arrival: at 09:00
Departure: at 20:00

Indulge in the culture of Andalusia's capital of Seville and visit its stunning Cathedral, one of the largest in the world. Stop and taste the tapas and smell the orange blossoms during a stroll down the winding Medieval lanes. But be sure you leave time to visit the breathtaking Plaza de Espana.

Day 9
Motril

Arrival:
Departure: at 17:00

Motril is a magnificent Spanish gem on the Mediterranean coast. The relaxing sands of Playa de Torrenueva are a great place to spend a sunny day. For some inland exploring, head to the Cueva Del Capitan for a fantastic nature hike. There's also plenty of history waiting to be experienced in the city. Stop by the Santuario de Nuestra Señora de la Cabeza to see a 17th-century church surrounded by incredible panoramic views. Then head to the Pre-industrial Sugar Cane Museum to learn all about the region's staple crop.

Day 10
Ibiza

Arrival: at 12:00
Departure: at 22:00

With its youthful spirit and natural beauty, the Balearic island of Ibiza (or "Eivissa," as it's known locally) is perfect for those who love the outdoors. The beach coastline is majestically rugged, and the hills are covered with olive and fig trees. Two of the most popular beaches are Talamanca and Ses Figueretes. The capital of Ciudad de Ibiza offers a variety of experiences to discover, especially in the historic Dalt Vila district. From the 16th century Castle of Ibiza to the Museum of Contemporary Art and scenic strolls along beautiful cobblestone streets, there's something for everyone.

Day 11
Valencia

Arrival: at 08:00
Departure: at 18:00

Old world charm meets modern architectural wonders in this eclectic city that is steeped in art and culture. Wander through bustling Gothic plazas and explore the awe-inspiring City of Arts and Sciences, a museum and cinema complex designed by world famous architect Santiago Calatrava. Whether you choose to shop, sightsee, or people-watch, Spain's third largest city offers visitors a truly authentic European experience.

Day 12
Palma (Majorca), Spain

Arrival: at 08:00
Departure: at 19:00

On the one hand, this city, founded by the Romans some 2,100 years ago, is replete with (literally) wall-to-wall history and architectural splendor. You can journey back in time and wander the mazes of alleyways and cobblestone paths that surround the Gothic cathedral. On the other hand, Palma is bustling with life, showcasing the island's best restaurants, shops, nightlife and a vibrant art scene. Explore more of Palma on a European cruise!

Day 13
Barcelona

Arrival: at 07:00

As your cruise comes to an end, why not extend the magic? Our team can arrange extra hotel nights for you so you can continue exploring and make even more unforgettable memories before heading home.

Staff Tips

  • Astrid Bell

Explore the ship, plan your nights and learn where the restaurants are. It still amazes me how huge cruise ships are. It’s crazy! I think it’s a great idea to take a tour of the ship or go out exploring on your own, to learn where everything is.

    Astrid BellCruise Product Manager
  • Amanda O'Brien

For the first day of your cruise, pack a small carry-on bag with your travel documents, a change of clothes, swimsuit, exercise clothes and any medications you may need. That way you don't have to wait for your checked bags to arrive in your stateroom.

    Amanda O'BrienPersonal Travel Planner
  • Kristin Skinner

Get to know the staff early in the cruise. They can give you some wonderful inside information regarding the ports of call, excursions, activities, and so on.

  • Astrid Bell

It’s always worth having a small amount of local currency for immediate expenses on arrival at your destination and for any purchases you make at your ports of call. We also recommend you carry a major credit or charge card (American Express®, MasterCard® or Visa®), or sufficient funds in U.S.$ travellers cheques which can be cashed on board.

  • Tracy Crowley

There will be a laundry service on board all ships; the service is not “self service” and prices vary by garment type
