Quebec City-Maple syrup (French: sirop d'érable) is the sticky, drippy giant on Quebec's culinary landscape. No visit to Quebec is complete without at least one plate of poutine. This unique dish is a plate of French fries, drowned in gravy, and topped with chewy white cheddar cheese curds

Montreal-Take a guided bike tour through Montreal for a great alternative way to see the city. You will be led by a tour guide who will give you a great overview of Montreal, its history and all it has to offer. The tour starts at the Old Port, continues to the Latin Quarter and you end at Mont Royal Park. After the tour you are allowed to keep your bicycle for the rest of the day to explore on your own.
