Welcome to the Pacific Northwest. The beautiful city of Seattle is the gateway to the Pacific Northwest and offers a diverse range of attractions for you to enjoy. A must see is the Space Needle, it’s most famous landmark. Enjoy 360 degree views from its observatory tower, or enjoy a sunset dinner in its rooftop revolving restaurant.
Enjoy sweeping views of the Coastline as you travel south towards the city of Portland Oregon. Time allows you to explore this wonderful city, enjoy its craft beer scene and do a bit of shopping in the Pearl District. Journeying through the wine regions of Dundee and the highest point on the Oregon Coast, ensure that you enjoy some of the flavours and stop to capture the magnificent panoramic views of this beautiful coastline. Visit the Redwood National Park home to some of the tallest trees on earth before continuing on to Santa Rosa in Sonoma County.
San Francisco is your final stop on your journey. This beautiful city of icons that includes the gleaming Golden Gate Bridge, steeped hills and clanking cable cars. The city boasts a dazzling array of world class museums, restaurants and neighbourhoods with their own distinct personality.
Arrival into Seattle. Please proceed to the Alamo Car rental desk to pick up your car hire and transfer independently to your hotel in Seattle. The remainder of evening is at your leisure to explore this wonderful waterfront city.

Be sure to get out and about and discover the beautiful attractions in the Seattle area. Tour Olympic Sculpture Park. A must to see is the Chihuly Garden and Glass Exhibition located at the entrance to the Space Needle tower. Take the elevator to the top of the Space Needle and dine at the Revolving restaurant taking in a 360 degree view of the city. Alternatively take a dinner cruise along Puget Sound and see the city from a different perspective.

Spend the morning at Pike Place Market located at the Waterfront and it is Seattle’s noted open-air bazaar before commencing your drive south towards Portland Oregon. In Portland, stroll through Washington Park’s Japanese Tea Garden and the International Rose Test Garden.

Take a leisurely bicycle tour visiting several of Portland’s 40 microbreweries. Portland pulls out all the stops with festivals celebrating craft beer, music, contemporary art and the city’s internationally acclaimed culinary scene. Visit the Pearl District’s one of Portland’s top shopping destinations. This walkable former warehouse district is adjacent to the downtown houses and a wide range of local and international brands as well as some homegrown favourites.

Travel through the Dundee Region’s vineyards en route to the coast. Venture off the beaten path today for a grape escape and taste the unique terroir of the regions Pinot Noirs. Besides unforgettable wines, discover the architectural artistry of wineries and tasting rooms, from charming Tuscan-style estates to sleek, modern, light-filled edifices. Some wineries offer vineyard hikes or guided tours, and many boast sweeping valley and vineyard vistas. Drive along the coast, stopping to enjoy views and landmarks
Stop at Cape Perpetua, the highest point on the Oregon coast, see the Sea Lion Caves in Florence.

Grants Pass is a small community town located along the Rogue River with lots of activities to explore. Enjoy activities on the Rogue River including Jet boat Excursions, visit Oregon Caves Nat’l Monument, shop antiques in historic downtown. From exceptional dining to quirky little shops, you will enjoy this quaint town and its friendly welcoming residents.

Visit the Redwood National and State Parks home to some of the tallest trees on earth. Take the 10-mile Drury Pkwy to see the largest Redwoods. Travel Coastal Drive for expansive Pacific Ocean views and sites.
Overnight at Red Lion or similar.
Continue along the coast to Sonoma County. Shop and dine in Santa Rosa’s charming downtown railroad square district where you will find lots of charming gift shops.
Overnight at Flamingo Resort or similar.
Enjoy tours and tasting at wineries throughout Sonoma and Napa counties, stroll through quaint towns such as Petaluma, Healdsburg, and Bodega Bay.

En route to San Francisco, stop in the artisan community village of Sausalito. Take a stroll on the boardwalk and enjoy the views across the bay to San Francisco. We would suggest that you drop off your car rental when you get to San Francisco as you will not need it for the time you spend in the city.

Tour Haight Ashbury, wind down Lombard St., take a walking tour of Pacific Height’s Painted Ladies Victorian homes. There are so many things to do in San Francisco. Union Square offers plenty of dining and shopping options. Ride the cable car down to Fishermans Wharf and take the ferry to Alcatraz, a must for any visitor to the area.
Why not take a hop on, hop off bus tour and get your bearings of the city or alternative hire a bike and cycle across the Golden Gate bridge? Visit lush Golden Gate Park and the Presidio of San Francisco with is sweeping bay views.
