New Years in Vegas

5 NIGHTS Las Vegas

Ring in the New Year Las Vegas style. The Strip, famous for its opulent casinos and hotels is a great place to start exploring. Try your luck at the blackjack table of the Mirage or roll the dice at The MGM Grand. Las Vegas hotels are a tourist attraction in themselves, check out the impressive fountain show at the Bellagio or take a gondola ride at The Venetian. If gambling is not your cup of tea, there is still plenty to see and do. Enjoy the world class entertainment of a Las Vegas show, whether it’s a concert, cabaret or comedy there is entertainment to suit all tastes. Champagne not included.
Las Vegas is a super base for discovering some of Nevada’s natural beauty. The city is the starting point for lots of great day trips, there are great combinations to choose from. Visit the Grand Canyon, see it from above by helicopter if you can. Red Rock Canyon, not far from Vegas, has plenty of adventure activities for outdoor lovers. The Lake Mead National Recreation Area is popular with water sports enthusiasts, as well as those just after a bit of sun and relaxation. The Hoover Dam, not far from Lake Mead, stretches 1,247 feet (380m) across the Colorado River and is well worth a visit.

Staff Tips

Las Vegas-For all of the night owls, I recommend the Cosmopolitan. Great places to eat and The Marquee is the best day and night club.  The pool is amazing.  STK is a great start for the evening, a new style Las Vegas steakhouse from The One Group and Executive Chef Stephen Hopcraft.

Las Vegas- If you are going to see a show, see ABSINTHE at Caesars. It is absolutely amazing! For a great restaurant, the Venetian has a place called Grand Lux Cafe. It offers everything and it's delicious.

Las Vegas-Circus Circus is fun and safe, also depending when you come, there are 1st and 3rd Friday cultural events downtown.  There's a nice balcony party on the 16th floor of East Side Cannery and a nice Reggae and Salsa band at the Fiesta Station.
