Miami Sunshine Stay & 6 Night Western Caribbean Cruise

4 NIGHTS Miami • 6 NIGHT Cruise

Carnival Cruise Lines’ newest ‘Fun Ship’, the Carnival Vista, debuts in 2016 as the line’s largest ship to date. Carnival amps up the “fun” factor with the Carnival Vista, which will feature an array of engaging onboard activities and new features.
For starters, there’s the first IMAX theater at sea, the first brewpub at sea and the revolutionary open-air, pedal-powered SkyRide that has to be seen to be believed. Guests aboard the Carnival Vista can also expect to find many of the line’s most popular hotspots, such as the Punchliner Comedy Club, Alchemy Bar, BlueIguana Cantina, RedFrog Rum Bar and Guy’s Burger Joint, among others. Many restaurants will also feature outdoor seating now, designed to further connect guests with the sea. Whether you’re a family seeking a fun retreat in the Carnival Vista’s innovative Family Harbor cabins, or cruisers looking for the privacy of the new Havana Cabanas – which feature private patios and direct access to the exclusive Havana Bar and pool – the Carnival Vista is prepped to provide the fun.

Staff Tips

There is so much to do on board the Carnival Vista. We did the SkyRide and tried out the outdoor Twister board, there is also mini-golf or outdoor billiards. There is tons of fun to have in the water park, the 4D Thrill Theater movie theater and shows in the main theater. Make sure to try the pour-your-own-beer taps or enjoy a drink in the pub's outdoor seating area.

On casual nights, the norm for men is a collared shirt and nice jeans and most women wear sundresses or capri-blouse combos, but you'll also see T-shirts and shorts. During the day, just about anything goes, although you won't see bathing suits in the Scarlet restaurant.

Miami is an international mecca with a colorful skyline and trend-setting culture. Claiming its place as a truly international city, you can feel Miami vibrate with the energies of different cultures coming together to revel in the beautiful ocean scenery and near-perfect tropical weather. The "Conch Republic" is a festive island of colorful bars and equally colorful characters in what may as well be the tropics. America's southernmost tip, where Harry Truman spent his summers playing poker and running the country, is a non-stop delight. Visit Hemingway's house where you'll find his original manuscripts and many of his famed six-toed cats. And while you're on the island be sure to sample its culinary treasures, such as conch salad and world-famous Key Lime pie.

Grand Cayman, kissed by sparkling, turquoise waters, is a dream come true for water sports enthusiasts. You can snorkel with stingrays, go scuba diving, sail a catamaran, take in some sport fishing, or just mellow out along the powder-soft sand of the magnificent Seven Mile Beach. While you're there, don't forget to visit Hell, which is devilishly popular with senders of postcards.

Long before Cancun became a popular destination, Cozumel was well-known as a diving spot and home to the world famous Palancar Reef, which gives divers the opportunity to view thousands of brilliantly colored fish. Non-divers can kick back on a sun-drenched beach, or enjoy any number of seaside activities, such as shopping in colorful marketplaces or dining in an open-air café.
