  • I'm a big music fan so a trip to the Deep South is right up my street. New Orleans is the home of the blues, and the heart of the Deep South. Best way to experience this journey is with a fly- drive holiday, starting in Atlanta and traveling up through some of America’s most famous and historical cities, places like Lynchburg, Chattanooga, and of course Presley country itself where a visit to Graceland is a must. Following on from all that visit New Orleans and its French Quarter to enjoy the wold class jazz and blues in this most exciting city.

  • I love all the sights and Broadway and the buzz of the city. A tip for New York City is to take the three hour Manhattan cruise all around the Island of Manhattan which will bring you up to Statue of Liberty for great photo opportunities. It is very economical at $30 per person and will give you a great oversight of the city.

  • Favourite Destination: Vancouver
  • Alaska is one of the most extraordinary regions in the United States and the best way to experience it at its fullest is to take a cruise along the coast. You can sail from Vancouver, sunbathing on deck and enjoying the amazing sight of glaziers passing by all at the same time. The cruise takes in the ports of Ketchikan, Juneau and Skagway along the way and finishes up in Seattle, tech capital of the world. Best time to visit is during the summer months of June, July and August. I combined my cruise with a stay in Vancouver and I travelled through the Rocky Mountains on the iconic Rocky Mountaineer Train. I would recommend this trip to anyone, it is truly remarkable and is a once in a lifetime experience.

  • My best experience was a trip to The Grand Canyon which is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. It is best combined with a holiday to Las Vegas. Nature’s most incredible creation alongside one of man’s most exciting cities. I would recommend a 5-7 day trip to Las Vegas and taking a couple of days our in the middle to witness this phenomenon of nature before returning to soak up the manmade wonders of Las Vegas famous strip.

  • Vancouver is a beautiful built up cosmopolitan city. As is it quite small it is walkable and easy to get around. The main shopping street is Robinson's Street, recommend staying here or just off the main street by the Harbour. The main attractions would be Grouse Mountain and Capalas suspension bridge which you can get to by cable car which is great fun. Stanley park is a great place to visit which is quite similar to Central Park. It is an outdoor park with public pools and beaches. You can even rent a bike and cycle around the Harbour and park, or take a Horse drawn carriage, go Kayaking in the harbour or have a picnic in the park. The Granville food market which is buzzing with food and art stalls and loads people, it is very busy but that's what makes it great. I recommend taking the hop on hop off bus tour to see the sights. Can visit here all year round, snow is common up on Christ mountain but very rare down in the city.

  • California is a great place to combine city and beach with so many exciting things to do. LA certainly has plenty for everyone of all ages, from the fabulous beach of Santa Monica, the theme parks of Universal Studios and Disney World, amazing shopping and not to forget the star spotting! You never know who you might be next to you in the coffee shop . Of course no visit to LA would be complete without checking out your favourite stars handprints on the walk of fame before getting lost shopping on Rodeo Drive.

  • Royal Caribbean make it so easy, service on board is top notch, nothing is too much trouble, especially for the cabin attendants who go out of their way to make you feel right at home. One of my favourite aspects on board is the food! Whether you want to keep it casual and or go all out for a fancy meal every option is covered. My favourite route has to be the Eastern Caribbean itinerary, it’s a laid back and the scenery of the beautiful Caribbean islands is stunning. My favourite time of the day is sunset, we usually sit up on the pool deck and have a Pina Colada before dinner. A cruise is the most hassle free holiday you can imagine, the attention to detail on board really stands out, I am looking forward to my next one!

  • Favourite Destination: Nashville
  • Nashville is so amazing it has a TV series dedicated to it! I stayed at the remarkable Gaylord Opryland Hotel, which is right next door to the Grand Ole Opry & across the road from the famous Music Valley Drive. Whether you are a Country and Western fan or not, a visit to Nashville wouldn't be complete without a night at the ‘Opry’ and better still, a backstage tour! Downtown Nashville is twenty minutes away by bus, and I would highly recommend a visit. The nightlife is just buzzing with live music and line-dancing bars, a really electric atmosphere! One of the highlights of my trip was tour to Studio B in downtown Nashville. It’s where Elvis & Dolly Parton recorded their hits in the 60’s and 70’s and it's open as a working studio today, and I got to record a cd of ‘I can't help falling in love with you’ around the piano where Elvis himself sat. You'll be taken back in time with a tour of the Country Music Hall of Fame and you couldn’t leave Nashville without a line-dancing class at the Wildhorse Saloon. If you've got enough time on your travels, the Jack Daniel's Distillery in Lynchburg Tennessee is ninety minutes drive from Nashville and well worth a visit. But don't expect a whiskey tasting, as Lynchburg is a dry county!

  • Favourite Destination: San Francisco
  • The golden state of California is an incredible destination. Best time to visit would be May and October-May when the temperature is mild and the flowers are at their best. October is best to experience the amazing Sunsets. I would suggest flying into San Francisco, spending a few days in this awesome city, then driving up to Northern California to get a taste for the breathtaking national parks. The you could continue your trip back south, driving down the California coast which boasts stunning scenery and some of the best beach communities in the world. Top things to do would be visit a winery, drop into Alcatraz and call in to Disney and Universal Studios in LA.

  • Favourite Destination: New York City
  • New York, New York and I just love it! It is obviously a must see for any city lover and shopaholic. The best time to visit is around September as it is not too hot and stay just off Times Square if possible. An open top bus tour is the best way to see the city if you're a first timer and the main attractions are the Empire State Building, the 911 memorial and Brooklyn Bridge. A visit to Broadway is a must, of course, but there are also Helicopter rides around the statue of Liberty to enjoy.

The main shopping street is Robinson Street and there are a number of impressive shopping centres for you try. I would recommend staying in the Downtown area where pretty much everything is in waking distance. Alternatively you could stay on the waterfront, you'll have stunning views of the mountains and can watch boats come and go from Vancouver's busy harbour. Main attractions are Grosse Mountain, Capella’s Suspension Bridge and Stanley Park which is very like Central Park in New York, but with swimming pools and beaches. Beat that! Anytime of the year is a good time to visit. I went in February and combined my trip with a week's skiing in Whistler which was an awsome experience.

A visit to Little Havana is a must see with its vibrant murals and Walkway of the stars. Hire a bicycle and feel the wind in your hair along the glamorous beachfront. I would suggest combining Miami with a read trip to the beautiful town of Key West. You can rent a can Miami and drive down the famous sky highway that will bring out to Florida's famous Keys.

  • Favourite Destination: Boston
  • Boston is one of America’s great historical cities, famous for the Tea Party that began the war of Independence, but it’s much more. it's a city filled with small winding streets lined with great bars and world class restaurants. Check out the bustling North End with traditional Italian restaurants. Walk along the new redeveloped waterside area with, stopping in cafe's along the way and a visit to the famous Faneuil Hall is a must. New England enjoys warm summer and cool winters but it is famous for its breathtaking falls. Many of our customers combine a city stay with a beach holiday in Cape Cod, just a 90 minute car ride from Boston itself. From Boston’s bright lights to Cape Cod’s unspoilt beaches, It's the perfect combination for a summer holiday.

Where else would you get fine dining, premium drinks, West End standard shows and the luxury of waking up in a new destination most mornings of your holiday.  The value is fantastic, imagine how much money you would spend in a European city for a five star hotel, a meal in a fine dining restaurant and a show and compare it to the value for a cruise.  The beauty of Royal Caribbean is that there really is something for everyone, families with young children, older children, couples and groups of friends, every box is ticked and there is never a dull moment, why wouldn't you try it.

Miami to me oozes style, romance, and fabulous hip arty cool people! South Beach is where the scene certainly lives up to the stereotype of Miami. Sit on the sidewalk cafés and watch the surfers catching the waves, models sauntering along the beach and rollerblader’s gliding down Ocean Drive. Make sure to take time to visit all the famous hangouts like Mansion named as ‘Miami’s hottest club’, while great restaurants include Joe's Stone Crab, which is known for its legendary lime pie. Visit Little Havana for a taste of Cuba and don’t forget to go shopping in Miami you’ll find great shopping malls, with designer stores and boutiques to cater for every fashion whim.

  • I can’t narrow down a destination – I picked California! Roaming the west coast of California was a breath of Fresh Air. An eclectic mix of the countryside and city life at whatever balance, you decide. Excellent facilities at all locations and so many things to visit and enjoy, from the hustle and bustle of San Francisco to the serene peaceful beauty of Monterey it was a perfect holiday for all family members and requirements. Driving the many miles of the holiday was more enjoyable than first thought. Don’t be afraid of the Californian roads, as they are a pleasure to drive, with plenty of opportunities to stop and take in the many sights and activities. Sitting by the open pit fire at the end of a busy day was the perfect way to wind down for the evening, plenty of activities and the parks to keep the kids occupied in a safe environment.
