Start your Journey with a flight to New York and transfer independently (Transfer voucher included) to your first hotel. Your tour director will contact you throughout day 1 in your hotel.

Begin your day with our sightseeing tour, spotting all New York's main sights including Broadway, Central Park, Fifth Avenue and the Empire State Building. The afternoon is yours to take in the rest of this unforgettable city. Head to Herald Square for amazing shopping at Macy's department store, and hop on the subway to Greenwich Village. This evening, you could take in a Broadway Show or enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride through Central Park.

Taking the New Jersey Turnpike out of New York, we have a quick stop in Philadelphia's historic district, before cutting a course through Delaware and Maryland to reach America's only stateless city, it's capital, Washington D.C.

Take in Washington's most famous sights on our sightseeing tour this morning, before exploring the city at leisure. Wear your walking shoes for a trip across the beautiful National Mall to the Washington Monument and don't miss the White House.

Leave Washington behind as we head through Pennsylvania's farmlands, and upstate New York's rural hills, to arrive at stunning Niagara Falls for an overnight stay. Before crossing into Niagara, you'll have time to shop in the duty free store.

Spend the morning at leisure, watching the 800-metre-wide Horseshoe Falls, on Niagara's Canadian side, thundering to a crashing crescendo, however you decide to see it. Take in the Falls from the air on a spectacular helicopter tour, or see them close up on the Maid of the Mist boat trip. We?ll leave after lunch to re-cross the border into the States, arriving in 'Detroit, known as 'Motor City', in time for a quick tour before checking in to our overnight hotel.

Driving west through Michigan's orchards and citrus groves, today we head to the 'Windy City'. When we get there, our tour shows you Chicago's soaring skyline, passing Willis Tower and the Civic Centre, before arriving at the hotel for a two night stay.

Enjoy a full day in Chicago, seeing all the Windy City's sights. Don't miss the Cloud Gate sculpture in Millennium Park, with its amazing reflections of Chicago's skyline.

Finding time to tick off the rest of your sightseeing list this morning, maybe with some last minute shopping on Michigan Avenue, enjoy Chicago until we transfer you to the airport for your return flight to the Ireland.
