What to Expect:
Moon Palace Golf and Spa Resort is a large resort offering a wide range of activities to keep both couples and families entertained.
The resort is set up as a self-contained village offering all the ingredients for a perfect holiday in the Mexican sun.
Located on the southern shores of Cancun, the resort is just ten miles from downtown Cancun and the Mayan ruins of El Rey.
There are three nine-hole golf courses on-site to keep the golfers happy, whilst the spa offers indulgent pampering and an extensive treatment list for those guest looking for some rest and relaxation.


Amenity Highlights:
There are two large lagoon-style swimming pools one on each side of the resort.
Guests seeking active adventures can make full use of the resort’s kayaks, windsurfers, Hobie Cat boats, and Aqua-trikes.
The health spa offers thirty rooms available for guests to indulge in treatments.
For children there is a children’s pool and playground, as well as children’s club that offers daily activities.

Property/Local Amenities:
As the Moon Palace Golf and Spa Resort operates as an all-inclusive resort most of the amenities and activities are including in the room rate.
Spa treatments such as massages, body wraps, scrubs and facials are available at the health spa and two smaller beauty shops and extra charges apply.
Children will enjoy splashing around in their own pool complete with waterslides and toboggans.
There is also a teens’ area on-site to ensure that all ages of guest are catered for.
For children who like to be pampered there is a mini-spa available.

Rooms
There are 2,103 guestrooms housed in 16 three-story hacienda-style buildings, divided between the two sides of the resort, known as Sunrise and Nizuc.
Rooms offer balconies or patio areas with terraces furnished with chairs and hammocks providing excellent views of the resort’s landscaped gardens or the Caribbean Sea. Bathrooms are elegantly decorated with two-person walk in showers and jet tub baths. Well-stocked mini-bars include chilled bottled water, beer and soft drinks.
Each room is tastefully decorated with dark wood furniture, including marble top tables and tan marble floors.

Recreation:
Set along 0.75 miles of white sandy beaches the Moon Palace Golf and Spa Resort is an excellent place to relax on a lounge chair overlooking the sea.
There are two lagoon style pools with swim up bars.
There are also pools for smaller children to enjoy splashing around in.
The use of the resorts water sports equipment including windsurfers, kayaks, and Hobie Cat sailsboats is complimentary.
Guests can also rent jet skis, and take part in scuba diving and snorkelling excursions for a surcharge.
Golfers will be delighted with a round on the Jack Nicklaus design championship golf course, where golf buggies are fitted with GPS systems.
