Your options for dining at the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino include:

Andre's French Restaurant opens for dinner. It is the work of Chef Andre Rochat and offers the finest of French cuisine.

At lunch, you could try Diablo's Mexican Cantina. Often the cantina plays host to live entertainment to enjoy while you eat. And if you build up a thirst, try the tequilas and margaritas.

The Brand Steakhouse opens from late morning through to very late in the evening. The steakhouse is on the casino floor and the energetic vibe makes the atmosphere.
The food on offer includes prime steaks and chops.

Pub food is available at lunchtime and dinnertime at the Monte Carlo Brew Pub. The food on offers includes steaks, pizzas, and sandwiches.

Mixing Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine, try the Dragon Noodle Co. They also have a selection of fine teas to try.

The Market City Café serves up Italian food and has an impressive wine list. Opening times are lunch and dinner.

And whenever you get the urge the Café is there as it opens 24-hours a day.


Recreation:
While you enjoy the water area, with its pool, heated lagoon and lazy river, you can notice the surround sound system playing ambient sounds into the area.
Why not reserve a cabana for that added privacy.
Inside your cabana, you can relax watching your flat-screen television. There's even a refrigerator in there.

This resort is perfect for the golfing fanatic as you have easy access to the Bali Hai Golf Course and over 20 other courses all in the area.

If you are willing to travel out of the hotel for a short distance, you can go hiking or biking and a nearby helicopter company can take you on sightseeing flights.
