Amenity Highlights:
The location is the key element at this resort. Even the fitness centre allows you to enjoy beachfront views as you get a workout. There is a relaxing Spa Beaumontia and an ocean view pool with a wading area and a full food and beverage menu can be served poolside.

Elsewhere the dining options include Eladio's restaurant known for providing one of the best breakfasts in town, one of the reasons it is a hit with guests and tourists alike.

Property Amenities:
At the Harbor View Inn there is a restaurant, a lounge bar and a poolside bar. Outside you can swim in the pool while enjoying the view out onto the ocean. They also have a children's pool, a spa and a fitness centre. The fitness centre has treadmills, elliptical trainers, stair climber, and free weights for a workout that can combine cardio and strength training.

For those travelling on business the Habor View has meeting facilities available including a conference room, banqueting, and smaller meeting rooms.

Rooms:
There are 86 guestrooms at the Harbor View Inn within its three stories. All rooms come with cable television and premium TV channels. Movies are available too. If you're travelling on business the rooms are designed to suit as you have wireless Internet access, multi-line phones, and large desks to work on.

All rooms include a private patio or balcony where you can sit and read your complimentary daily newspaper.

Guestrooms fit in to one of five categories. The Queen Ocean View Balcony rooms are on the East or West wings of the hotel on the second or third floor. Also on the second and third floors are the Deluxe Resort/City View rooms, but as they are in the North wing you don't get the view of the ocean.

Being in the East and West wings, but on the first floor the Partial Ocean View Patio rooms have a restricted view out onto the ocean. The remainder of the rooms are the Resort/City View or the Standard/Non-View types.

Eladio’s Restaurant and Bar opens for their well received breakfast, lunch and dinner. The tables by the windows benefit from the waterfront views and the food is California cuisine.

Eladio’s offers a full bar and extensive wine list with regional and international wines to choose from.


Recreation:
The Harbor View Inn is centrally located both in downtown Santa Barbara and along the West Beach area. A short journey out lets you explore all that Santa Barbara has to offer. You are within minutes of world-class venues for surfing, kite boarding, scuba diving, hiking, rock climbing, and hang-gliding.

Condor Whale Watching run trips out onto the ocean to see the animals. Blueline Stand Up Paddle Surf can get you into the sport of surfing.

For the golfing fanatic a short trip could see you at the Glen Annie Golf Club playing on the world-class 18-hole championship course. The weather in that area is rarely anything other than beautiful, so your game is unlikely to be ruined by the conditions.
