What to Expect:
The Disney All Star Sports Resort is a great place to stay for all sports lovers. The resort is decorated with sporting motifs and there a number of larger than life athletic icons located throughout the grounds. A food court offers a great selection of meal choices for the whole family and is open all day. The guestrooms are brightly decorated with colourful sporting motifs and fun-star shaped lights above each bed. Please note that this hotel is non smoking except in designated outdoor areas.


Amenity Highlights:
A fantastic family resort spread out amongst 10 buildings, Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort boasts some fantastic amenities such as themed swimming pools and a five station food court. Throughout the resort guests will find the sports theme continued with larger than life sporting equipment, including football helmets and basketball hoops decorating the courtyards and other public areas. The main pool is decorated with a surfing theme and whilst a secondary pool will appeal to all baseball lovers.

Property/Local Amenities:
Activities for children are plentiful as this really is a children’s resort. Along with the themed swimming pools there is also a wading pool, a playground and a games arcade on site. Souvenirs for friends and family back home can be bought at the gift shop, which stocks a wide range of Disney merchandise. When it comes to feeding hungry tummies, guests are spoilt for choice at the food court which offers five stations each preparing a large range of tasty American style food. The Disney All Star Movie Resort is located close to the two other Disney All Stars Resorts and is only a mile from Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, which is an all time favourite with the kids. Two miles away is Disney’s Hollywood Studios™, and just three miles away is Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. To help get around there is complimentary transportation throughout the resort. Guests staying at this resort are eligible for the complimentary Disney's Magical Express service, so you don’t need to worry about arranging transfers and can start enjoying your holiday sooner. Coaches pick up guests at Orlando International Airport and drop them off at Walt Disney World® Resort Hotels. Guests arriving at the airport between 5am and 10pm will have their bags collected from the baggage claim and delivered straight to their rooms. If guests arrive outside of these hours, then unfortunately this service is not available, and guests must collect their bags from baggage claim and take them on the coach with them.


Rooms:
The Disney All Star Sports Resort is home to 1, 920 guestrooms located in 10 three-story buildings which are inter-connected by exterior corridors. All rooms are colourfully decorated in the all-star sports theme, and have images of sports stars on the bedspreads and bright star-shaped lights above the beds. There is connection for high speed internet as well as a safety deposit box in all rooms. Please note that all guestrooms (including room patios and balconies) are non-smoking.


Dining:
The main dining option in the resort is the End Zone Food Court, which offers a good choice of American style fare with quick and efficient service. Diners can choose from a selection of pizzas, salads, sandwiches and rotisseries chickens as well as large family dinner platters. Food is available all day. For those guests who don’t want to stray too far from the pool The Team Spirits Bar serves snacks and refreshments from close to one of the resorts pools. Guests can also eat in the comfort of their own rooms by ordering from the room service pizza menu.


Recreation:
The resort offers lots to keep children of all ages fully entertained including two heated outdoor pools. The main pool is surfboard bay and has a beach theme; the Grand Slam Pool is located in the baseball diamond themed area. There is also a children’s pool, playground and a selection of arcade games available. For those who like the water Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park is located within a mile of the resort. Walt Disney World® Resort also contains more water fun in the Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, as well as five 18-hole, tour-caliber golf courses and two miniature-golf courses to keep golfers of all abilities happy. There is also a huge variety of other activities available such as boat rentals at Downtown Disney® area, tennis at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, and horseback riding at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.
