The Claridge Hotel Miami is situated on Collins Avenue, just one block away from the beach. The hotel boasts a courtyard atrium with a spa tub and waterfall, as well as a fitness centre with an exercise bike, treadmill and a weights machine. Just off the hotel lobby guests will find the restaurant and bar, which serves a selection of Mediterranean specialties and Italian food. Bayside Marketplace is located just ten miles away, on Biscayne Boulevard and is the perfect place to pick up souvenirs of your holiday. There are 150 shops, including both national and regional retailers, offering a wide variety of goods to suit every taste and budget. Bayside Marketplace also offers food courts, 14 restaurants and bars as well as two outdoor entertainment pavilions. Guests are able to book sightseeing boat tours at the waterfront should they wish to explore the Miami coastline on the water (this activity will incur a surcharge). Guests are permitted to bring up to two pets weighing a total of 20 pounds for a surcharge. Larger pets may be permitted but require prior written approval from the hotel management.
