On the opposite side of the State, Rapid City is the gateway to the Black Hills, Its unique rock formations and mysterious caverns, demonstrated by such wonders as the wind caves and Crystal Cave Park are unprecedented. South Dakota’s southwest corner is its biggest tourist attraction by far, the Mount Rushmore National Memorial. While the Southeast part of South Dakota, is home to many lakes and three major rivers. It is a haven for fisherman, hunters, golfers and skiers alike.
