The guide was really nice. He knew the area well and kept us well informed. After Niagara Falls, we visited winery and tasted ice wines, and they were also good. On the way back to Toronto, the driver changed planned route to avoid traffic congestion and drove by lake Ontario. It was nice view and the guide told us story about those area. I never felt bored.

Good tour overall guide and driver were friendly, knowledgable, and on-time. Falls were great, and they did allow us enough time to get photos, explore, etc. I could have done without the trip-to-local-winery in favor of earlier return to Toronto, though not really any tour invovled there--mainly a promosales opp for the winery. If there was a tour offered which went to the falls, then directly back to Toronto no lunch or winery stops, that would've been ideal.

This tour allowed us to see Niagara Falls in a convenient manner. If you have never been there, definitely the tour guide is very helpful. The only drawback for us 7 people was that we drove to the Greyhound terminal to catch the tour bus because we stayed at a hotel outside Toronto downtown. We ended up sitting at very end of the bus. People staying at hotels downtown got the best seats because the tour bus picked them up before stopping by the Greyhound terminal. It's unfair since we saved time and money for the tour organization but we have got worst seats.
